WHY BE A MEMBER?

A group of like-minded women who enjoy the friendships formed, and the fun and fellowship in the challenge of working on fundraising events and providing hands on service to the community.  Our invited speakers are informative and entertaining and the emphasis at all our meetings is to feel among friends and enjoy a social occasion.

All Slough Inner Wheel members have a wide range of outside interests whether still working or retired and bring a lot of expertise to the Club. 

There are often great social gatherings throughout the year as we share opportunities to relax and enjoy with our Rotary Club. 

We meet formally as a Club only once a month but with other events (Our own Charity and service events and supporting other IW Clubs) members can be involved in our busy calendar as much as they feel they would like to be.

Until 2012 membership was only open to the wives of Rotarians or ladies related to a Rotarian, now we have open membership and we very much welcome any women of any age, who share our enthusiasm to make a positive difference – with good ideas together we achieve amazing things, but above all we enjoy the friendship and team spirit by being part of this worldwide organisation.   Have a look at our forthcoming events, contact us and come and find out what we are all about – SEE YOU SOON.
